The second edition of UX Bucharest, the first such conference in Eastern Europe, will take place in early October. Experts in UX Design, Customer Experience, Product Management and many more are expected at Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest during October 3-6, for what it’s more than a conference, for a real experience.
According to the programme of the conference, there will workshops on Customer Experience: Service Design, Methodology and Innovation in products and services on October 3. On October 4 and 5, there will be workshops on the User Experience: product design, methodology and processes in UXDesign, the users’ Research, Personas, UX strategic Map.
Internationally renowned speakers on User and Customer Experience will take the floor within the conference on October 6.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with high-sounding names of the UX international community, who have a wide expertize in the design studios, in corporations or academic environment. Among them there are: Jared Spool – co-founder of Center Centre and founder of User Interface Engineering, Phil Clevenger-senior director in the Experience Design department at Adobe US, Jonah Becker– VP of Design at Fitbit, previously VP in Industrial Design at HTC, Andy Budd- CEO Clearleft and the list can go on.

The initiative and organization of the event belongs to the Romanian Association of User Experience Design, an NGO which intends to promote and support the development of the User Experience Design practice in Romania: http://uxdesign.ro/.
The Romanian Association de User Experience Design is in educational partner with the Interaction Design Foundation, famous in Denmark, which supports the increase of the education and professionalism level in User Experience Design worldwide.
At the same time, besides other events typical for the communities, such as workshops, meetups and conferences, the Romanian Association de User Experience Design wants to lay the foundation of a formal learning environment in this field, which so important for developing high quality products and services.
In the current world, based on technology and communication, the role of the UX Design becomes vital, that can make the difference in turning an ordinary product into a profitable one, when it comes to companies, or into a product that users can love in terms of experience.
As design is not only applied on the web and graphics, but also in complex experiences and the UX experts are more and more sought-after, the UX field needs to adapt and answer the demands of a variety of devices and input methods.
All that is the reason for which the UX Bucharest 2017 conference’s motto is: “Experiences never end!”.
