The second edition of UX Bucharest, the first conference of this type in Eastern Europe, will take place in early October. Experts in UX Design, Customer Experience, Product Management and many more are expected at Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest during October 3-6, for what it’s more than a conference, for a real experience.
One can attend three days of interesting workshops and a full day of presentations performed by the top industry specialists. One will have the opportunity of seeing and discussing with high-sounding names of the UX international community. Both workshop facilitators and the speakers are people who have a high expertize in design studios and consultancy in corporations and the academic areas.
According to the programme of the conference, there will workshops on Customer Experience: Service Design, Methodology and Innovation in products and services on October 3. On October 4 and 5, there will be workshops on the User Experience: product design, methodology and processes in UXDesign, the users’ Research, Personas, UX strategic Map.
Internationally renowned speakers on User and Customer Experience will take the floor within the conference on October 6.
Among the speakers, there are Jared Spool – co-founder of Center Centre and founder of User Interface Engineering; Gregg Bernstein – Senior User Researcher la Vox Media Inc.; Andy Budd, Clearleft CEO; Adrian Swinscoe, “How to Wow” author, adviser and coach for entrepreneurs and CEOs in business and coach in business customer experience, marketing and business development for more than 20 years; Jonah Becker – VP in the Design department of Fitbit, previously VP in Industrial Design at HTC; Dana Chisnell – deputy professor at Harvard Kennedy School and deputy director of the Civic Design Center; Juho Paasonen – freelancer on Change Management; Cennydd Bowles, designer and author of the famous “Undercover User Experience Design” book.
