Enel Romania appoints Alessandro Sverzut (49) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). According to a press release, he will be responsible for financial, accounting, tax, risk control and planning and control services of Italian Group in Romania.
He has an experience of 20 years in management positions in financial departments and will be responsible for financial, accounting, tax, risk control and planning and control of Enel Romania. Before joining Enel Romania, he was director of Control and Systems at Enel Holding, and between 2007 and 2011, he run the financial department of Enel France as CFO for the Group’s operations in France and Belgium. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Trieste.
In her new position, Monica Hodor will be responsible for coordinating the financial control of group distribution companies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Italy, Peru, Romania and Spain.
“Alessandro is an experienced CFO with a solid background and his experience and expertise is an asset to our company. At the same time, I am delighted that Monica was promoted within a major global line, which I am sure she will strengthen the contribution of international managers to Group’s success,” Toni Volpe, Country Manager Enel Romania said.
