For third year in a row, Adobe Romania is once again a Best Employer in the category of medium-sized companies, according to AON Hewitt’s 2016 Best Employer Study. The study involved 37 companies in the country.
“In the last three years we won the ‘Best Employer’ title and this validates that we have a healthy and challenging work environment, and the increase of the obtained scores year by year shows that we are continuously developing in the right direction,” Cris Radu, site manager Adobe Romania stated.
He noted that Adobe Romania hired more than 80 software engineers, and, by 2017, the company aims to grow further, particularly in the cloud computing and Big Data areas.
Aon Hewitt organizes annually the ‘Best Employers’ study in Central and Eastern Europe since 2001. Best Employers Study is aimed at companies with over 50 employees and at least three years on the market in Romania.
The study helps the decision makers in companies to discover what is the level of employees’ engagement, their emotional connection with the company where they work, or whether there are differences between their perception and that of managers so they can take more efficient measures.
