Allianz-Țiriac has signed the leasing contract to relocate its head office to the Tiriac Tower building, in the ground zero of Bucharest-Victoriei Square. The working space will be on three floors and will stretch on 4,640 sqm. The ground floor of Tiriac Tower building will accommodate an Allianz-Tiriac concept store for the audience.
“Usually, a new home marks new beginnings. For Allianz-Țiriac, the move represents the entry into a new stage of development, which brings more flexibility for our employees, customers and partners. With the relocation of the headquarters, we will perpetuate a new way of working in Allianz-Țiriac, which combines the advantages of working in the office with the benefits of remote work. The new spaces and modern facilities provided by Țiriac Tower, a modern construction in the center of Bucharest, have the role of connecting employees and encouraging innovation and efficient collaboration. We look forward to this new stage that demonstrates Allianz-Țiriac’s commitment to a better, more sustainable future, in which we put people’s well-being first,” said Virgil Șoncutean, CEO of Allianz-Țiriac.
The new headquarters includes several types of spaces and a new organization. Workspaces are flexible, and Allianz-Țiriac employees will have the opportunity to choose the place where they want to work depending on the activity carried out.
