Beraria H is celebrating 10 years since opening, attracting over 5 million guests during this decade. In the last 12 months, the traffic was more than 700,000 guests, and the sales generated by the location exceeded in 2023, for the first time, the threshold of 15 million euros.
Beraria H also plans to reach more cities in Romania, with the first city targeted being Iași, eastern country, where Berăria H won a tender for a plot of land with an area of over 30,000 square meters.
“We are planning an extensive urban regeneration project which, in addition to the H Iași Brewery, will include various commercial functions in the sphere of entertainment and going out, creating a dynamic core of social life for the community. We have planned two phases of development, with a total investment estimated at over 40 million euros”, said Vlad Dumitru, General Manager of Berăria H.
At the same time, from the public information, adjacent to the location, the authorities are considering setting up a museum, and in the immediate vicinity there are several sports fields (football, tennis).
The company is also in discussions for locations in two other cities in Romania. Beraria H has also acquired Shorley’s restaurant in the capital (both the building and the right to use the brand). The Shorley restaurant, one of the first to open in Bucharest in the 90s, became a landmark for students from the 90s to 2000s.
