CGS Romania is recruiting 500 new employees for its contact center in Constanta

Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) Romania, a local business on process outsourcing (BPO), aims to develop its business by hiring new colleagues for its contact center in Constanta. Therefore, the company already plans to recruit approximately 500 new colleagues for the office in this area by the end of the year.

“The Constanta’s support center was inaugurated in 2019 and is the 7th CGS hub locally. Since its launch, it has performed above average and for this reason the business dedicated to this office has consistently grown, generating the need to attract new talents. Currently, the Constanta hub has 200 employees and some of them work remotely”, said Vladimir Sterescu, Country Manager of CGS Romania.

According to his statements, the Constanta area currently offers the company the opportunity to hire 500 employees by the end of the year. The open positions are available both for office and remote work. The new colleagues will be involved in projects similar to those operated by the company in other CGS Romania centers, in technical, sales and customer service areas. Additionally, in Constanta, the American company will provide salaries and benefits above the local and national market average.

Regarding the desired candidates’ profile, CGS Romania aims to recruit young individuals who are eager to excel in their positions and have access to a long-term career plan with opportunities for growth. The company also seeks English, French, Romanian and Turkish speakers with negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

According to his statements, among the open positions for the support center in Constanta are Customer Relations Consultants, Technical Specialists at levels 1 or 2 and Sales Specialists.
