Cristophe Dridi, the executive manager of Vehicule Dacia plant in Mioveni since 2016, has been appointed the new general manager of Automobile Dacia as of January 2019. Dridi takes over this position from Jerôme Olive, Alliance Regional SVP Manufacturing Process Engineering & Supply Chain Eurasia Region, who had an interim mandate since September this year.
Renault group appointed French Cristophe Dridi, aged 47, at the helm at the Vehicule Dacia plant in Mioveni starting October 1st 2016.
Now, the Vehicule Dacia plant will be led by Miguel Oliver, currently Quality manager of Renault Palencia, Spain. Oliver will be in charge of the activity production of Dacia models of the Global Access range.

Located on the industrial platform in Mioveni, Arges county, Vehicule Dacia Plant provides production of the Logan, Logan MCV, Sandero Sandero Stepway and Duster models, but also of the Renault Symbol.
The plant’s maximum capacity is 350,000 units per year, which means that a car is leaving the factory’s assembly line in less than a minute.
