Starting Monday, December 8, investors on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) will be able to trade Commerzbank AG, Continental AG, Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Deutsche Post AG shares, on the alternative trading system operated by BVB, in the Section securities admitted to trading on a regulated market or a market from a non-EU country, a press release informs. SSIF Tradeville will act as market-maker for the shares of the four mentioned companies.
Commerzbank is the second largest German bank and a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in more than 50 countries, positioned to serve all kinds of corporate clients. The core markets of Commerzbank are Germany and Poland. The main business areas are Private Customers, Mittelstandsbank, Corporates & Markets and Central & Eastern Europe.
Continental AG is a leading German automotive industry supplier, specialized in tires, brake systems, automotive safety, powertrain and chassis components. Its top five customers are auto giants such as Bayerische Motoren Werke (BMW), Ford, Daimler, Volkswagen and General Motors, accounting for roughly 40 percent of its sales.
