The Competition Council is analyzing the transaction by which CTP Property B.V. from the Netherlands intends to take over the companies P3 Bucharest Alpha S.R.L., P3 Bucharest Beta S.R.L., P3 Bucharest Delta S.R.L., P3 Bucharest Infrastructură S.R.L., P3 Bucharest Lambda S.R.L. and P3 Bucharest Gamma S.R.L.
They currently own and operate the P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park located in the area of Chiajna commune. CTP Property B.V. from the Netherlands has as its main activity “holding activities”.
The company is a member of the CTP group, a developer of industrial and logistics parks, which holds a portfolio of approx. 12.6 million sq m, in several countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
The companies to be acquired are part of the P3 group, which is a developer, owner and manager of logistics assets at European level. According to the Competition Law (no. 21/1996), this operation must be authorized by the Competition Council, which will assess it in order to establish its compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the deadlines provided by law.
