Eurolines Group President, Dragos Anastasiu, was appointed recently to run the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Romania), a press release informs.
He is replacing Radu Merica, general manager of Recuperare Ecologică și Reciclare (RER), whose term has expired.
“Our goal is to enhance good Romanian-German economic relations and our task is to support German and Romanian companies entering the market in Romania and Germany. I take over with great pleasure the president of AHK Romania position and I will continue to support the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry projects,” Anastasiu stated.
Elected in AHK Romania Board in June 2011, Anastasiu is the third president of AHK Romania, founded in 2002, after Karl-Josef Baum and Radu Merica.
In AHK Romania Board of Directors several new members were elected: Iuliu Cadar (Autonet Import), Wargha Enayati (Versa Puls Media), Daniel Metz (EBS Romania) and Cristian Secoșan (Romelectro). The new vice-president is Juan Gruben (Commerzbank).
