eMAG Group strengthens its top management team and appoints Bogdan Văduva, a professional with solid experience in auditing and consulting, to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer.
A professional with over 22 years of experience in auditing and consulting, of which 20 years in the KPMG team, Bogdan had a constant evolution, from a senior consultant role to becoming a partner in 2012 and a member of the executive team, from which has been part of for the past five years.
Throughout his career, Bogdan has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams in major projects from various industries, from energy, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, retail and FMCG, providing support including for listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. “Bogdan brings solid business experience to the eMAG team, which will help us achieve our ambitious development goals, through a unified approach in all the markets in which we operate, creating added value in our entire ecosystem. Bogdan comes with a lot of energy and the desire to leave his mark on the evolution of a large-scale business, in an extremely dynamic and future field,” said Tudor Manea, CEO of eMAG Group.

A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Bogdan continued his education at Harvard Business School, where he attended leadership development and organizational leadership courses. Before KPMG, Bogdan worked at Arthur Andersen, EY and Deloitte.
