The number of residential customers who have chosen Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia as suppliers on the free electricity market has increase to 500,000, a press release informs on Wednesday. Thus, today, Enel awarded, in a special ceremony, the 500,000th active customer on the free market, a resident of Arad. The customer will benefit from free electric energy for one year.
“Reaching the 500.000 residential customers on the electricity free market is a great result for Enel, taking into account the dynamics and the increased competitiveness on the Romanian energy market. Placing consumers at the core of our business, while also embracing innovation in order to simplify the life of our customers, has helped us build trust among consumers. Moreover, Enel has entered the Romanian gas supply market for residential customers in April, with offers designed to offer ease of use and predictability for households, with the benefit of having a single supplier for both electricity and gas. The strategic move has allowed the company to create advantageous bundle offers for gas and electricity, offering preferential and accessible prices for customers who choose to have Enel as single supplier for both services.
Enel offers an extensive range of products tailored for residential customers, proposing predictability, by having a fixed price and easy communication with the supplier, through the MyEnel account and the mobile application: Enel Fix 24, Enel Simplu Anual and Enel Fix Online.
The company has also launched special offers such as – Enel Asistenta, Enel Asistenta + for electricity and Enel Asistenta Gaz and Enel Asistenta Gaz+ for gas, offering customers assistance packages for their internal electrical or gas installation, locksmith repairs, repairs of the water and sanitation installations, gas appliances and equipment, through a network of specialized companies managed by Enel’s partner Europ Assistance.
