Alpha Bank – EUR 6.5 million losses in Q1

Alpha Bank recorded in Q1 2015 losses of EUR 6.5 million, before taxes, ziare.com informs.

According to data published by the Greek financial institution, in the same period of 2014, the bank had a profit of EUR 1.4 million.

Overall, last year, Alpha Bank has had a negative result of EUR 58.5 million.

Moreover, the NPL ratio increased in the first three months of the year to 16.5% from 15.3% late last year.

Alpha Bank share was in March of 5.8% in Romania on the credit markets, mortgage loans amounted to EUR 896 million, the consumer loans were worth EUR 286 million, while the loans for companies have reached EUR 1.77 billion.
