Garanti BBVA grants a EUR 10.7 million loan to UKS Stamping to build a plant in Pitești

Garanti BBVA has granted UKS Stamping, a subsidiary of the Ucler Kelepce group, a EUR 10.7 million investment loan to support the development of an automotive parts and accessories plant in Pitesti.

UKS Stamping is set to inaugurate its plant in Romania this year, in Pitești, encompassing an expansive area of 4,800 square meters and staffed by approximately 80 skilled professionals. Within the Romanian facility, UKS Stamping will manufacture a range of products, including car seats and body components.

The parent company of UKS Stamping, Ucler Kelepce, also operates two other Turkish companies in the city of Bursa, which were inaugurated in 2008 and 2019 and have a combined workforce of about 250 people. Notably, the company serves renowned clients such as Adient, Toyotetsu, Toyota Bashoku, Hydac, and Stellantis.
