The share of the private sector in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is almost 80%, Lucian Anghel, President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) said on Monday, on the occasion of launching the third edition of the ‘Made in Romania’ project.
“The share of the private sector in the GDP in Romania is almost 80%. So, this private sector is essential for increasing the welfare, for having more jobs and added value. This is the starting point for any national interest projects. By ‘Made in Romania’ programme we want to develop as much as possible the private initiative and this sector, we are honored to meet business leaders with many good stories who actually create welfare and added value in this country,” Anghel said.
BVB has launched on Monday the third edition of the ‘Made in Romania’ project destined for the business environment. The first edition of the project took place in February 2017.
