The integrated human resources services company Gi Group Romania appoints Mădălina Soldan as Country Manager, starting with September 1, 2024. Among her priorities in the new role are strengthening Gi Group’s position in the Romanian market, developing a working environment that enables the team to consistently perform and exceed expectations, as well as expanding the company’s presence in key regions such as the Moldova and Bucharest region.
Along with her appointment, Mădălina Soldan replaces Tiziano Rodolfo Roseto, who will continue in his main role as Chief Regional Officer – Eastern Europe and as CEO Bulgaria&Ukraine, with the aim to expand Gi Group Holding’s presence in other Eastern European countries from 2025.

As Country Manager, Mădălina Soldan will continue to implement the local strategy, develop partnerships and identify new collaboration opportunities, as well as develop the portfolio of services and clients, ensuring high quality services for partners. For the new leadership, a key pillar of the strategy in Romania will be recruitment for blue collar roles. The company will place particular emphasis on the development of 360-degree outsourcing, addressing all aspects of recruitment and human resource management, from attracting and recruiting talent to integrating and developing them within partner organizations.

Her entire professional career has been focused in the service industry, with a particular emphasis on understanding and meeting the needs of clients and developing the people in the teams she leads. In the past, Mădălina Soldan worked for more than 11 years for Adecco, a recruitment and human resources agency, where she was responsible, among other things, for the company’s annual development plans and growth strategy in the Bucharest metropolitan area, coordinating specialized teams in different business segments.
