Globalworth office developer will host the new CCC headquarters in Bucharest. The Polish shoe retailer will take two floors in the office building located on Pipera street.

The new HQ will provide employees with the perfect balance among the working space, retail and many other facilities (…) We are sure that they will find here the productive, comfortable and creative working environment they were looking after,” said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing Globalworth.
„We finally found the proper office space for our company in Romania. It took long enough until we have taken the decision, but it was worth waiting. Globalworth and CCC will have an important and long collaboration and we hope not only for renting office spaces, in the future,” said in her turn Joanna Jozwiak, CCC Manager General for Romania.
CCC will commission its new office in Globalworth Plaza in early 2019. The transaction has been brokered by Knight Frank, one of Globalworth’s long term partners.
According to a recent World Footwear report, Poland has become Romania’s main footwear supplier in terms of imports value.
Poland’s strong rise in the imports ranking comes amid a growing number of Polish retailers seizing the local market in terms of clothes and footwear, among which there is also CCC brand.
In April this year, Polish footwear retailer CCC announced it had bought a 100% stake in Romanian company Shoe Express for EUR 33 million.
