Indian IBS Synergies to set up a poultry project in Romania for USD 150 M

India’s IBS Synergies is interested to invest USD 150 million in poultry industry in Romania for an integrated greenfield project, which will include a hatchery, a feed processing plant and a slaughterhouse.

Company’s Chairman, A.S. Bindra, visited on Monday Romania, presenting the project to the State Secretary of the Department for Foreign Investment and Public-Private Partnership (DPIIS), Alexandru Nastase, a press release informs.

The investment is expected to create over 500 new jobs.

IBS Synergies India is one of the leading companies in the field of export import and project development which has international directors from Germany and part of IBS worldwide conglomerate.

At the same time, IBS is the sole distributor of a US made product named as Utility Flame, a product based in diethylene glycol that is environment friendly, burns on any surface under any conditions, and has an unlimited shelf life. It is approved by US and other military organizations and is a replacement for hexamine (Esbit), trioxane, alcohol/ethanol-based fuel gels.

The poultry project in Romania is expected to lead to the production of 30 million broiler meat per year.
