Inulta strengthens European presence through strategic merger with Slovenia’s FiLight

Inulta, a Romanian provider of Corporate and Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solutions, announces a significant expansion of its regional consulting capabilities to better serve businesses across Central and Southeastern Europe.

As part of its strategic growth plan, Inulta has successfully merged with FiLight, a Slovenia-based CPM solutions expert, effective January 2025. This merger strengthens Inulta’s presence in the Adriatic region and APAC, boosting its ability to deliver high-impact financial performance management solutions to a broader global market.

This partnership elevates Inulta’s CPM expertise and expands its CCH® Tagetik portfolio, empowering CFOs and finance leaders to optimize financial management. Provided by Wolters Kluwer, the CCH® Tagetik Intelligent Platform is a comprehensive corporate performance management (CPM) solution, enabling organizations to make faster, data-driven decisions and improve strategic planning with greater accuracy and efficiency.

This merger opens up new opportunities not only for our organization and customers but also for Wolters Kluwer, as we solidify our position as a valuable and committed CCH® Tagetik partner”, explained Valentin Bratu, founder Inulta. “It represents a commitment to providing the highest quality services and solutions in the corporate performance management domain.”

This growth comes at a time when Inulta celebrates 10 years of activity. Since its founding, Inulta has served global markets from its headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, with international offices in Amsterdam, New York and Toronto. With the addition of FiLight, Inulta further expands its footprint to Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, ensuring stronger local support for businesses in the Adriatic region and beyond.

Founded in 2016 in Slovenia, FiLight has built a strong reputation for helping companies streamline financial processes through advanced technology. By combining their expertise, the newly unified Inulta and FiLight entity will enhance advisory services while expanding their regional and consulting footprint.

“From the outset of our collaboration with Inulta, it was clear that both organizations shared a commitment to excellence, a strong alignment of core values and a deep foundation of industry expertise”, said Rok Dolenc, General Manager at Inulta Slovenia. “Together, we are bringing best-in-class CPM/ EPM solutions closer to organizations in the Central and Southeastern Europe, ensuring they can modernize and streamline their financial processes with confidence.”
