The Romanian National Road Infrastructure Company (CNAIR) has signed on Monday the reception for Lot 4 of the Sebeş-Turda motorway, which is 16.3 kilometres long and stretches from Decea to Turda.
According to official sources, the CNAIR specialists, the beneficiaries of the works, were satisfied with the way the constructor has built the section and has signed the acceptance papers, media report.
Later on Monday, the technical inspection is to analyse the conditions for reception of Lot 3 of the Motorway.
At the beginning of the year, an inspection was made on Lot 3 for reception, but CNAIR found problems with adhesion, flatness and thickness of the asphalt.
On Lots 1 and 2 the works were slower, they are under construction for three years and the construction is almost 50%.
The Sebeş-Turda highway will have a total length of 70 kilometres and will cross the Alba and Cluj counties.
The value of the works, VAT excluded, is RON 541,739,137 for Lot 1 and RON 549,332,393 for lot 2 and RON 420,511,921 for Lot 3 and RON 470,004,894 for Lot 4, all financed by cohesion funds – 85%, and by the state budget – 15%.
