IT&C and constructions along with the fashion industry are the top industries in Romania that use professional e-commerce systems, a Teamshare study shows, agerpres.ro informs.
The three sectors that dominate the top are followed by automotive & auto accessories industry and sports, having a high rate of adoption of integrated e-commerce platforms.
According to the quoted study, over two thirds of the big companies are already using integrated platforms that offer them a complete e-commerce system, allowing the stock, price and billing management in real-time.
On the other hand, SMEs have a sustained rate of adoption of these solutions, which means that more and more SMEs are beginning to see the benefits of using integrated e-commerce platforms.
According to Marius Panait, managing partner Entelion Software, online shops using integrated e-commerce platforms can reduce their costs by 15 percent or even 25 percent.
Platform implementation is actually an investment that can be recovered in the first six months and it could even speak of a profit soon from using this solution, Panait pointed out.
