Kaufland Romania opens the first store in a residential complex

German retailer Kaufland has opened the third store in Cluj-Napoca on Thursday, reaching the 116th store of the network in Romania. According to a press release, this is the first store within in a real estate complex.

Kaufland thus creates 90 new jobs in Cluj-Napoca and supports the development of the local community.

This new Kaufland store covers a sales area of 2,403 square meters and brings the first Antipasti Bar in Cluj-Napoca. Moreover, is the first local store with an underground parking with 168 places.

Kaufland is among the largest retail companies in Europe, with over 1,250 stores in 7 countries and a network of 116 stores in Romania.
