Labor productivity in Romania, six times below the EU member states’ average

At the moment, labor productivity in Romania is approximately six times below the EU member states’ average. According to Eurostat data, labor productivity in the EU (28 countries) is of EUR 32.1 per hour worked, whereas in Romania it is of EUR 5.6 per hour worked.
