Matteale Consulting, a leading software solutions provider committed to driving digital transformation and automation for businesses across Europe, has announced a staggering 630% increase in turnover compared to 2023, marking a transformative year in the company’s history. This exceptional performance, which follows a 449% turnover increase in 2023, establishes Matteale Consulting as one of Romania’s fastest-growing technology companies and reflects the growing demand for digital transformation solutions.

Founded in September 2020, the company has rapidly expanded its client portfolio to include four multinational corporations with over 10,000 employees each, alongside several mid-sized enterprises.

Looking ahead to 2025, Matteale Consulting aims to achieve a turnover of 20 million euros, targeting expansion into eight new European markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Nordic countries. Plans include establishing a new office in one of these markets and increasing the workforce by 40 employees by year-end.
