MedLife announces the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in Routine Med Group based in Tulcea. This move expands MedLife’s national presence in southeastern Romania, where it already operates sampling points, a laboratory in Constanța, and three hyperclinics in Constanța, Galați, and Brăila.
Founded in 2010, Routine Med Group includes a hospital unit with an operating room, facilities for day and continuous hospitalization, and an extensive outpatient area. This acquisition enables patients in the Dobrogea region to access over 20 medical and surgical specialties, including dental and optical care. These services are complemented by laboratory and imaging facilities, offering a fully integrated diagnostic and treatment solution at the regional level. Last year, Routine Med reported a revenue exceeding 15 million RON.
