MedLife, Romania’s largest private medical services provider, continues the expansion plans and opens the first hyperclinic in Braila, following an investment of EUR 700,000, a press release informs.

Hyperclinica MedLife Braila covers an area of 540 square meters and offers patients multidisciplinary medical services and treatments for 24 specialties including neurology, cardiology, gynecology, ultrasound, pediatrics, gastroenterology, ENT and dermatology. The new unit includes the gastroenterological investigation room, a salon and 14 medical offices for consultations, as well as clinical and paraclinical investigations. “The opening of a new hyperclinic and the first in Braila, the 19th in MedLife portfolio, supports our plans for expansion and national development. We will continue to look at the market for expansion nationwide in cities with a medium population, both through acquisitions and green field projects,” Mihai Marcu, President and CEO MedLife said.

MedLife opened the first hyperclinic in 2004 and currently the company has 19 such units in Bucharest, Arad, Timisoara, Galati, Iasi, Constanta, Craiova, Brasov, Cluj and Ploiesti.
