NEPI to launch Ramnicu Valcea Shopping City at this year-end

After launching Timisoara Shopping City and Piatra-Neamt Shopping City in 2016, South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), the largest real estate investor in Romania by asset value, announced that will open Ramnicu Valcea Shopping City at the end of this year.

According to a press release, with a leasable area of 27,900 square meters, Ramnicu Valcea Shopping City is an investment of EUR 40 million.

Ramnicu Valcea Shopping City will have about 14,000 square meters of fashion brands, a hypermarket area and 10,000 square meters of services and a 3,000 square meter for the restaurant and entertainment area.

The new NEPI’s mall completes the entertainment offer with the largest and most modern multiplex cinema, equipped with 6 halls, which will give visitors the opportunity to watch the latest and most popular cinematic productions, but also with a wide range of restaurants and fast food locations, bowling, billiards, children playground, casino and a terrace of over 350 square meters overlooking the Olt River.

“Ramnicu Valcea Shopping City will be the first full-concept shopping center in the region, which will offer a variety of products and services for all audiences to both residents of Valcea County and those in adjacent areas,” Adina Ciobanu, Asset Manager NEPI, stated.

Moreover, the shopping city in Valcea County will be built on a plot of approximately 12 hectares, and at the end of its development this year, it will provide visitors with a generous 900 seats parking space on one level.
