The Competition Council launched an investigation into a possible rigging of public auctions organized by the National Forest Authority – Romsilva RA, the Hunedoara Forestry Department, for the assignment of guard services of the administrative headquarters of the Hunedoara Forestry Directorate.

The investigation was initiated on the basis of information provided by RNP ROMSILVA RA through the Hunedoara Forestry Department, which reported the anti-competitive behaviour of the companies Safety Security SRL and Spartan Paza si Protectie Srl during the public procurement procedure regarding the “Security Services Contract – DS Hunedoara 2017”, capital.ro informs.
