National Bank of Romania (BNR) announced for Tuesday a reference rate of RON 4.5114/euro (EUR), RON 4.0678/Swiss franc (CHF) and RON 4.0340/dollar (USD). US Dollar rise slightly to a new high of the last two months, while Euro falls slightly, but remains at RON 4.51 threshold.
More precisely, the euro has never reached so high a value compared to the national currency since February 1, 2016 when BNR announced an exchange rate of RON 4.5320.
US currency jumped out for the first time in the last two months over the RON 4 threshold. The dollar has never reached so high value since March 16, 2016 when BNR announced a reference rate of RON 4.0387/USD.
Swiss franc falls to RON 4.06 from RON 4.07, the BNR exchange rate announced on Monday. On May 11, CHF reached the minimum last three months. Swiss franc has not reached a value so low from February 19, 2016 when BNR announced an exchange rate of RON 4.0457.
