The Ministry of Finance will submit to public debate an emergency ordinance to amend the Tax Code, the new measures aiming to simplify the tax procedures in order to foster economic activity, government spokesman Liviu Iolu said Thursday evening.
Liviu Iolu added that the emergency ordinance provides for measures to simplify tax procedures for companies, measures to complete the simplification measures for citizens.
“There is no secret. There will be a public debate, after their release by the Ministry of Finance, and then we’ll see how to adopt them,” Iolu said.
