The shortage of specialized human resources, the lack of a strong brand, of a balanced management of cash flow, of the access to funding and consulting, these are the biggest problems of Romanian entrepreneurs, US business consultant Dale Richards says.
He said that the biggest problems Romanian entrepreneurs have are the shortages of specialized personnel, the lack of a strong brand offering notoriety and a guarantee of quality, the lack of balanced management of cash flow and of strategic partners, as well as the limited access to funding and to consulting solutions that major companies both at group level and locally have.
Considering these real market conditions, the ‘recipe’ that the financial consultant proposes in general is rather to cut spending, according to the European approach to the crisis. I explain and show the entrepreneurs, with examples, why it is not recommended to run a business with old tools. Here comes the difference between performance and failure. The days of autocratic management system are gone and best-performing companies use very different approaches, said on Tuesday Dale S. Richards, speaker and business consultant accredited by Vistage International.
He argued that at present, the business environment is stressed from the financial point of view globally, in the context of tensions on the international markets, so that business people should run their business more efficiently, have higher productivity and should carefully control all flows, since access to funding could be difficult.
