Romania is the first country where Orange Group launches the revolutionary concept of smart shop. This new store is the largest of Orange Romania network where the customers can find both the latest mobile phones and latest gadgets.
The clients can visit the smart shop, which is opened in Cluj-Napoca (western area), on December 21, 1989 Bvd, starting March 20, a press release informs.
The smart shop is completely digital and offers to clients a shorter time to resolve their requirements, a personalized approach of the offers and entertainment solutions for the waiting time.
„Our strategy for the next five years, <Essentials2020> is built around the customer and the desire to connect with what is important to him through an incomparable experience. We will continue at the same sustained pace, with plans to invest nearly half billion euros by the end of 2018,” Jean-François Fallacher, CEO Orange Romania.
Customers receive ticket orders directly via sms. In this special location, they can follow the offers on the 18 indoor screens and on a videowall, as well as on phones and tablets. The contracts are signed electronically.
On the Orange shop, the customers can test over 600 accessories, over 50 wearable gadgets from Samsung, Sony, LG, Fitbit, Jawbone, Withings, Mio, iHealth, MyKronoz, Marshall, Frends, Parrot, Beats and Logitech.
