In early December, after two years of negotiations held in the utmost discretion, Orange and Telekom, the largest players on the domestic communications market, have signed an agreement by which provides reciprocal access to fixed and 4G mobile network, zf.ro informs on Tuesday.
Through this project, negotiated under the code name <<Apolodor>>, Orange will pay about EUR 5 per month to Telekom for each customer to which will provide services through fixed infrastructure, plus a series of setup fees.
In turn, Telekom will pay depending on the 4G mobile net traffic carried by its customers through Orange network.
Through this agreement, the two companies make significant cost reductions, strengthening their fighting force with RCS & RDS and raises the pressure on competitors with no fixed-mobile packages – Vodafone and UPC.
