The expansion in this new field of activity is based on the acquisition of a minority stake in the company MXT Creation, recognized for its expertise in advanced electronics, thus integrating its capabilities under the umbrella of OVES Enterprise.
The presence in this new market comes as a result of an investment of more than 300,000 euros over the last two years in prototyping and testing equipment, as well as licenses for simulation and development software. These investments underline the company’s commitment to providing cutting-edge technology solutions, enabling it to develop embedded boards that meet exactly the requirements of customers, offering them full support from the concept phase to the final product.
