Prima Development Group, the developer of the internationally awarded Boemia Apartments and Core Timpuri Noi projects in Bucharest, purchased from Immofinanz a plot of land with an area of over 6 hectares, located on Șoseaua Gheorghe Ionescu Sisești. The developer also owns another 5-hectare plot of land in the same location and intends to build on these two plots the largest residential complex located on the shore of a lake in the north of Bucharest, with over 2,000 apartments and direct access to Lake Grivița. The gross development value for the project carried out on the two plots owned by Prima Development Group amounts to 260 million euros.
The new development in the company’s portfolio will be called Alizee by the Lake and is designed as a mini-city, with numerous amenities and a unique panorama. The complex will offer customers almost 2,000 apartments, with 3 hectares of green spaces and a free frontage to the lake of 500 m. It will also have very high energy performance, because it will be designed in such a way as to comply with nZEB standards and it will be provided with more than 2,000 parking spaces, of which more than 300 will be equipped with charging stations for electric cars. Another advantage of the positioning of this residential complex is the easy access to the central area of Bucharest and to the ring highway via Radial Road 4 – Nord Expres, which will cross Sisești Road.
