3G mobile network of RCS&RDS covers over 98 percent of Bucharest and Ilfov County, at outer signal level, according to a press release on Friday.
Local telecom operator says that the outer coverage of 3G Digi Mobil network increased by 10 percent since the beginning of last year, to over 94 percent of the population in the country.
RCS & RDS will continue to invest in the development of 3G and 4G networks in as many locations, both to cover outdoor and indoor, so mobile services to cover increasingly more users.
Romanian telecom operator RCS&RDS will pay EUR 8.9 million dividends by the end of this year to its shareholders from the profits recorded in previous years. The company recorded losses in 2013 and 2014 as well as in 2010 and 2011. The cumulated net result in the 2009-2014 period stood to EUR 29 million.
