The subsidiary in Romania of Greek-based mother company SoftOne Technologies, one of the top providers of business solutions (ERP and Cloud) has taken over the management of sales and support services carried out by the partners in South Eastern Europe.
According to a press release, the Hellenic company entered the domestic market two years ago, and one of the objectives set at the beginning was that Romania to become a hub for SoftOne’s expansion among the other countries in the region.
“The market in Romania has a lot of potential for the development of business solutions industry. The investments we’ve made so far in the local market have brought us very good results. In just two years we have doubled our partners’ network and we have expanded the number of customers. We continue, therefore, not only in 2016 but also in the coming years to invest here, taking into account that Romania has a strategic role for SoftOne entering other markets in Southeast Europe,” Antonis Kyriazis, CEO SoftOne Technologies stated.
At the same time, SoftOne forecasts that the Romanian market of Cloud ERP will increase by 15-20 percent in 2016. Estimates are based on the increasing number of small and medium enterprises that have become ever more open to the idea of implementing a business solution in the Cloud.
“Currently, the customers are more informed regarding the adoption of efficient business solutions. They understood that the implementation of ERP and CRM systems can only have visible positive effects such as streamlining business processes, improving productivity, ensuring mobility, etc.
Therefore, 2016 will be a year of evolution for the business solutions market and for SoftOne Romania by default,” Haris Zachariades, CEO SoftOne Romania concluded.
