Jolidon underwear producer became insolvent, Cluj Court ruled on Friday. The insolvency has been asked by several creditor companies such as SC JIE, AB, DGMC, BCR, AFM, MESRL and ASSRL. The final claims are to be announced on September 23.
Last year, Jolidon registered a RON 64 M turnover, while the loss was of RON 99.7 M. The company was totaling a RON 256 M debt on December 21, 2014.
Jolidon was set up in 1993 by Gabriel Cârlig, gaining soon undisputed leadership of the Romanian market of lingerie and swimwear.
