Investor and Real Estate Developer Prime Kapital launches an exclusive pre-sales opportunity for the first units in Marmura Residence, the company’s second residential project in Bucharest. Situated in Bucureștii Noi, the complex will welcome its first residents starting Q1 2021.
The works for the the second residential project developed by Prime Kapital in Bucharest, Marmura Residence, will start in summer 2019. The project will cover an area of 1.5 hectares and includes 5,000 square meters of green spaces, 1,700 square meters, retail and service areas, small office suites and an exclusive recreational area for the residents.
The first 62 units are already available for reservation and the first owners will be able to move to the new homes by Q1 2021.
