The largest mall in the Moldova region opens on April 17

Developed by Prime Kapital and MAS, Mall Moldova opens tomorrow, April 17.  Mall Moldova is the largest retail project to be delivered this year and, upon completion, Iasi will become the second largest regional city in terms of modern retail stock, with 231,000 sq. m, after Timisoara (264,700 sq. m).

The shopping center has over 250 national and international brands, 50 concepts being a premiere for Iași, and also boasts with a rooftop parking lot.

The brands that are making their debut in the Moldovan region are Half Price, Rituals, e-Pantofi, Lego, Under Armour, Dockyard, or are unique destinations in Iași: Mobexpert, Fressnapf, Decathlon, Smyk, Skechers, JD Sports, Book City, Rovere, Inditex, Peek & Cloppenburg, Leroy Merlin.
The investment in the mall is 129 million euros and an IKEA store, the first in the Moldovan region, will also be built here.

Moreover, the current investment plans of major players foresee the construction of more than 600,000 sq. m of retail spaces by 2028/2029, with the targeted cities including Cluj – Napoca, Bacau, Galati, Arad and Bucharest.”
