Tiriac Energy to launch the first franchise fuel stations

Tiriac Energy, the Tiriac Group’s energy division, will officially open next week the first four franchise fuel stations, following an investment of EUR 200,000, a press release informs.

The company plans to rebrand several independent gas stations and wants to attract 50 partners in this project.

The franchise chain will operate under Tiriac Energy – Sincro brand, and the four completed stations are located in Botosani, Zalau, Simleu-Silvaniei and Dorobanţu village in Constanţa County.

“There are several hundreds of unbranded stations in Romania that, although are well positioned, do not have the visibility and force required to stand out from the already recognized chains. The Ţiriac Energy Sincro franchise network is the solution to this problem. We focus on the stations located both in urban areas and on national roads, to create a strong and 100 percent entrepreneurial network (…),” Remus Hirceaga, General Manager of Tiriac Energy.

The company plans to launch also a chain of 150 fully self-service stations, under Triac Energy – Prompt name, in urban areas, but also in transit areas.

Established in 2012 as part of Tiriac Group, Tiriac Energy aims to become the most efficient and reliable supplier of petroleum products from Romania, until end of year 2017.
