IT and telecom companies dominate the ranking of most appreciated employers in Romania, according to Undelucram.ro data. Thus, Oracle Romania was the most appreciated employer in 2017. Next are two other giants in the IT & C industry: Microsoft, IBM Romania, followed by Nobel Telecom.
Employees and applicants have appreciated these companies that have created a pleasant working environment and showed more concern for the welfare of their employees.
During 2017 too, Romanian employees have rated the companies they work for. Of the more than 50,000 users of Undelucram.com platform, most of them evaluate the work environment, management, or salary offerings.
“What I noticed this year is that more and more employers realize that it is no longer up to date when it was said that the employees are coming and going or that Romania is not a competitive country in terms of wages. Romanian employees are aware of their rights, they appreciate themselves better and they are certainly more vocal than 1 year ago,” Costin Tudor, Undelucram.ro founder.
The top 10 continues with Continental Automotive Group ranking the 5th, followed by Vodafone Romania, Emerson Romania and Orange Romania.
The last two positions in the ranking are for consultancy companies – EY Romania and BPO – Genpact.
