EP elections, partial results: PSD+PNL, first, AUR second and ADU third

According to the Diaspora vote, ADU had ranked second and AUR third. Diana Sosoaca's party, SOS, enters EP, while Ciolos' REPER failed to qualify.

After the centralization of 97.87 votes, we also have the situation of the parties in Romania that will send MEPs to Brussels.

The PSD-PNL alliance will send 19 MEPs to Brussels, AUR – 6, ADU – 3, UDMR – 2. Also, Diana Sosoacă and Luis Lazarus enter the European Parliament after their SOS party passed the 5% threshold in the European parliamentary elections.

The independent Nicolae Ștefănuță is also on the list, obtaining a new MEP seat.

According to Digi24 sources, the PSD-PNL Alliance is rated in the European Parliament elections with over 50% of the votes, followed by AUR – 16%.

Romania will have 33 representatives in the European Parliament.

Voting abroad for the election of Romania’s 33 representatives in the European Parliament ended on Monday morning, at 8:00 a.m., with the closing of polling stations on the West Coast of the USA and in Canada.
Overall, the ranking will look a little bit different, as the votes are still being counted in Romania, with PSD-PNL still ranking first in the EP elections, but AUR taking the lead as second and ADU in third place.

According to the exit-poll for 22.00hrs last night, CURS-Avangarde gave the following percentages: PSD+PNL – 53%, AUR – 15%, ADU – 11%, UDMR – 5%, SOS – 4% , independents – 4%, REPER – 3%, PUSL – 3%.
