A Luxembourg economic mission led by the Grand Crown Duke is expected to Romania in the half part of this year, as well as the Luxembourg Prime Minister, the Romanian Presidential Administration informed.
“On the occasion of the economic event hosted by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, attended by the leaders of several local companies, President Klaus Iohannis pleaded for the enhancement of the Luxembourg investments in Romania and for the rise of the bilateral commercial exchanges. As a matter of fact, as a result of the visit, an economic mission led by the Grand Crown Duke will come to Romania, and the prime minister Bettel will pay a visit to Romania in the half part of 2016,” the Presidency says.
PM Bettel said during a joint press statement with President Klaus Iohannis that the two countries will collaborate to fathom the economic bilateral relations, while announcing his visit. Luxembourg minister of Economy will also visit Romania in 2016.
“Romania has an estimated economic growth of 4% in 2016 and, next toour country, is topping the European ranking in this respect. We’ll work closely to fathom the bilateral economic relations (…) I will pay a visit to Romania this year to have exchanges and first contacts with the business community in Romania, to see how we can work more intensly,” PM Bettel stated.
The Romanian President also invited Henri, the Grand Duke to pay a visit to Romania next year.
