The Chamber of Deputies and the Senate are meeting in plenary session on Wednesday morning to approve the establishment of two investigative committees, one to verify the expenses incurred by and for the Presidential Administration during the 10-year term of the head of state Klaus Iohannis, and the other to investigate the real estate mafia, starting from the Nordis case, something requested by the leader of the PNL Nicolae Ciucă.
Also on Tuesday, the Permanent Bureaus of the two Chambers also established that the joint plenary session of Parliament on Wednesday, at 10:00, should also approve the composition of the two investigation committees.
Therefore, on Tuesday, the joint permanent bureaus of the Chamber and the Senate approved the draft decision on the establishment of a joint parliamentary investigation committee to verify the expenses incurred by and for the Presidential Administration during the period 2014 – 2024, initiated by the PSD parliamentary groups.
The Legislative Leadership also approved the draft decision for the establishment of a joint parliamentary investigation committee of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate to investigate the real estate mafia, starting from the Nordis case, initiated by the PNL parliamentary groups.
