President replaces some ambassadors. Romanian ambassador to Ukraine sent to Moldova

On Friday, President Klaus Iohannis signed decrees for the recall of 10 ambassadors, including the one from the Republic of Moldova, Daniel Ioniță, and the one from Ukraine, Cristian-Leon Țurcanu.

List of the 10 ambassadors for whom Klaus Iohannis signed the recall decrees:

  • Ion Jinga -Romania’s ambassador to the UN;
  • Răzvan-Victor Rusu – Romania’s ambassador to the Council of Europe;
  • Adrian Cosmin Vierița – ambassador of Romania’s Permanent Mission upon the United Nations in Geneva;
  • Cristian-Leon Țurcanu -Romania’s ambassador in Ukraine;
  • Daniel Ioniță – Romania’s ambassador in the Republic of Moldova;
  • Iulian Buga – Romania’s ambassador in Sweden;
  • Sorin Vasile Moldovan – Romania’s ambassador in Turkmenistan;
  • Florin Marius Tacu – Romania’s ambassador in Singapore;
  • Adrian Măcelaru -Romania’s ambassador in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain;
  • Mihail Constantin Coman – Romania’s ambassador in Oman.
