A new convoy of French aid to Ukraine arrives in Suceava on Friday

A third convoy of French aid to Ukraine will arrive at the hub in Suceava on Friday night. According to authorities, the convoy of aid is being organized by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French Ministry of the Interior. It is expected to arrive in Suceava on Friday night.

115 tons of equipment and food and 13 new vehicles will be donated to the Ukrainian emergency service. These are six firefighting vehicles, upgraded to Ukrainian standards, six 4×4 ambulances and a car equipped with a mobile radiology device, in support of medical teams deployed on the ground.

The emergency equipment provided includes 36 km of fire hoses, 56,000 liters of oil used to fight hydrocarbon fires, as well as over 20,000 rations of food, representing 40,000 meals. The convoy left France on Tuesday.
