After Greece, Cyprus also asks tourists to present negative COVID-19 tests

Romanians who want to travel to Cyprus are compelled to present a negative COVID-19 test before entering the country, a test done 72 hours before at the most. If they don’t have this test, they will be tested upon arriving in Cyprus.

The Government in Cyprus has revised the list of states whose visitors enter the country. Romania has been moved in the category of states with high risk of infection.

Cyprus is among the EU states the least affected by the coronavirus pandemic, with around 1,000 infections and 19 deaths so far.
