A man has attempted Friday morning to rob a bank in District 2, Bucharest, by threatening the employees with a knife, the Bucharest Police inform. One of the employees pushed the man to the exit, he dropped the knife and then ran away. No one has been injured, no values have been stolen.
“This morning, at about 10:30h, the employees of a banking institution in District 2 reported to emergency number 112 that a man entered the premises of a bank office and requested the employees for cash at the cash desk, threatening them with an object that seemed to be sharp. One of the employees came in and pushed him out, and the man ran away. No person has been injured and no values have been stolen,” the representatives of the Bucharest Police say, digi24.ro reports.
Investigations are underway to find the attacker.
